Box 2257 Atlanta, GA 30301 Attn: Bill Tobin Re: University of Florida Training Reactor License No: R-56, Docket No. 50-83 The enclosed material is submitted in response to a call from Mr. Bill Tobin concerning submission of Physical Security Plan Revision 12 with our letter dated July 18, 1995 and completeness of the UFTR Physical Security Plan. It consists of two pages for the UFTR Physical Security Plan: one is a change to Revision 12 under review; the other is a copy of a previously approved page.
First, Page 31 of Revision 12 is resubmitted to correct a typographical error in the first sentence of Section 3 which should read "to possess nonexempt quantities of..." versus "to possess exempr quantities of...."
Since this change on Page 3-1 does not reduce the effectiveness of the Plan, it is submitted for approval as part of Revision 12 per 10 CFR 50.54(p) to keep the UFTR Physical Security Plan updated. This change was approved by our Reactor Safety Review Subcommittee at its meeting on October 26,1995.
The second page is submitted to assure a complete current copy of the UFTR Physical Security Plan is available at NRC. This is a copy of the previously approved Page 11-1 on the UFTR Badging System. It was submitted and later approved as Revision 11 dated September,1993 and is so labelled.
