Effective August 1, 1988, Dr. Winfred M. Phillips is the Dean of the University of Florida College of Engineering, replacing the outgoing Dean of j the College , Dr. Wayne Chen. The Dean of the College of Engineering at the !
University of Florida holds line responsibility for Level 1 administration of j the University of Florida Training Reactor above the Chairman of the Nuclear !
Engineering Sciences Department, which is the first sublevel of Level 1 {
