The current operator requalification and recertification program training cycle for the University of Florida Training Reactor is scheduled to end in June,1983. Therefore, we have developed a new plan, esser.tially the same as that proposed to and accepted by the NRC as pert of our Safety Analysis Report and relicensing package; a copy of this plan is included as Enclosure 1 with this letter. This plan as included here will cover the UFTR operator requalification and recertification program from July,1983 through June,1985.
