Dear Sir / Madam:

Re: Facility License R-56, Docket No. 50-83 Per the attached copy of our letter dated February 28,1997, one copy of the 1995-% University of Florida Training Reactor Annual Progress Report was supplied in compliance with the requirements of Section 6.6.1 of the UFTR Technical Specifications (see Attachment I).

In using this document, three identical minor errors were discovered on three pages in Chapter IV related to modifications. All three errors are corrected by changing the parenthetical expression from (Permanent

- Closed Item) to (Temporary - Closed Item) in the title for item 4 in Modification 95-07 on page IV-6, in the title for item 9 in Modification 964% on page IV-11, and in the title for item 12 in Modification 96-07 on page IV-12. These three corrected pages with vertical lines in the margin delineating the changes are included as Attachment II.

Please advise if further information is needed.

Sincerely, f
