ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT N0. 21 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. R-56 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION REVISIONS (TAC N0. M96341)
Dear Dr. Vernetson:
The Commission has issue' the enclosed Amendment No. 21 to Facility Operating d
License No. R-56 for the University of Florida Training Reactor (UFTR).
The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated August 2, 1996.
The amendment consists of revisions to the TS to permit you to submit your annual report of activities six months following the end of the UFTR prescribed end of year which occurs on August 31.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 21 is enclosed.
