REPORT MONTH Unit 4 began the month of February operating at essentially 100% reactor power. On February 2, power was reduced to approximately 40% in anticipation of a turbine valve test. Part of the test was unsuccessful due to a servo malfunction and the decision was made to take the unit to Mode 2 on February 3. The unit was returned to the line later on February 3 reaching 100 0 power late on February 4. The unit operated at essentially 100% power for the remainder of the month.
