50-251 Turke Point 84 November 3 1997 L.@~6-6 REPORT MONTH October 1997 Unit 4 started the month of October shut down for a refueling which began on September 8, 1997.The unit began operation on October 13.The plant shut down as scheduled the next day for a turbine overspeed test returning to power the same day.The unit reached 100%power on October 18, and remained at full power for the remainder of the month.
