OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE'OCKET NO.50-250 UNIT Turke Point 3 DATE December 12 1991 COMPLETED BY R.A.Tierne TELEPHONE 305 246-6970 REPORT MONTH November 1991 While performing equipment repairs on the (manual/auto) station PCV-3-455C the Pressurizer Operating Reli.'ef Valve (PORV)was opened.Unit 3 reduced power on November 13', 1991 due to four (4)control rods in Rod Bank C partially inserting into the core.This occurred during maintenance of a"Signal" card in the Rod Control Cabinet.Unit 3 returned to full power on November 14, 1991.Unit 3 reduced power on November 16, 1991 when the Southeast Reheat Intercept Valve failed to re-open within 5,minutes.

The Reheat Intercept Valve was repaired and Unit 3 was returned to full power on November 17, 1991..Unit 3 again reduced power on November 22, 1991 to repair the 3B Heater Drain Pump.Unit 3 was returned to full power on November 24, 1991.
