We have evaluated your responses and found that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspection The corrective actions described in your second response to prevent inaccurate information from being included in future submittals, such as that contained in your first response, appears to be adequat We appreciate your cooperation in this matte
