Enclosed for filing with the Con: mission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications relating to containment atmospheric dilution system operability to conform the Peach Bottom Technical Specifications to the standard technical specifications.
