Letter from D. M. Smith, PEco, to USNRC dated July.20, 1990 Dear Sirs On July 20, 1990, in accordance with 10 CPR Section 50.71, Philadelphia Electric Company filed revision 8 of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UPSAR).
The annual update of the Quality Assurance (QA) Program description, in accordance with 10 CPR Section 50.54(a)(3), was included in revision 8 of the UFSAR.
Changes to the QA Program description were indicated by vertical bars in the left hand margin.
The submittal' provided certification that the changes to the QA Program-description did not reduce the commitments in the previously NRC
. accepted program description.
To aid in your review of the revised QALProgram-description infthe UPSAR, Appendix D.ll, Section 17.2, we-have enclosed a. list of changes.
This list identifies the following for each change 1)-
page number, 2) paragraph number, 3) brief description,;and 4) type of change.
