Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications Change Requests
Dear Sir:
Philadelphia Electric Company hereby submits Technical Specifications Change Request (TSCR) Nos. 89-13 and 89-14, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, requesting changes to Appendix A of the Peach Botton Facility Operating Licenses. TSCR 89-13 involves the Nuclear Review Board membership and meeting frequency. TSCR 89-14 involves adding requirements for the Independent Safety Engineering Group.
Attachment I to this letter describes the proposed changes, and provides justification for the changes. Attachment 2 contair.s the revised Technical Specifications pages.
