'In the subject letter dated April 6, 1989,. Philadelphia Electric Company; (PECo)' committed to revising the PBAPS Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs).-

-In the referenced letter dated August 18 1989,'PECo provided a projected date of July'30, 1990 for'the implementation of revision 4-to the E0Ps.

Due to the-

extensive 3 review cycle ~which has been adopted to ensure the. adequacy and

l operator useability.for each E0P revision, it has been determined that the L

original projected implementation date cannot be met'.

q A revised schedule which reflects-both work completed to date, as well as the; steps remaining for implementation of Rev 4 of the E0Ps is attached.
