disqualifying, unless controlled by' acceptable medical or surgical =means, j
Contrary to the above, on March 29, 1990, the inspectors determined that security personnel were not being-tested for glaucoma.
l Corrective Steps Taken and Results Achieved A glaucoma testing program has been initiated for security personnel.
The testing program requires that security personnel, who currently reuuire corrective lenses, be tested first. Based upon a' medical evaluation, security j
personnel determined to be susceptible to glaucoma, will be tested next. All i
remaining security personnel will be tested as'part af their annual physical j
examination. To date, eighteen (18) security perscanel have been tested.
Corrective Steps Which Will Be Taken ~1o Avcid Further Violations Actions have been initiated to obtain--the necessary equipment to perform-glaucoma testing on site.
Subsequent glaucoma testing will be performed as part of the annual physical examination for all security personnel.
