1 Attached is a Report of Inquiry dated December 28,1984 on the above captioned subject. This inforination covers some of the matters I discussed with you by telephone on August 29, 1984 and December 17, 1984.
I apologize for having to take so long to get it to you in writing.
I will, by separate cover, send you the other information I have on alleged drug activity at 1

the alleged violations occurred so as not to, la any ny, interfere with the i
FBI's investigation.
