ALLEGATION NO. RV-84-A-0048 - SAN ON0FRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION (SONGS)
This allegation concerns drug abuse among certain egloyees at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. As a result of,the Allegation Panel Meeting on May 25,1984 (Memo, Scarano to Files dated June 11. 1984,

Allegation Panel (#84-A-0048), O. Shackleton contacted the alleger _ on June 20, 1984. The alleger noted that his info.rmation was hear-say and that he would try to recontact his source for more specifics. The alleger was requested to contact Shackelton with further infomation. No fu.rther contact has occurred.
O. Shackleton has maintained contact with the FBI Agent handling an ongoing drug investigation at SONGS (See Allegation RV-84-A-0044 closed out July 18, 1984 and Allegation RV-84-A-0092 fo.rwarded to the FBI on August 31,1984).
Inspection Report No. 50-206/83-18 dated August 15, 1984 reviewed recent measures iglemented and planned by Southem Califo.mia Edison Cogany (SCE) for coquisory urinalysis of SCE and contractor egloyees.
The attached letter has been sent. Region V's fo.11oeMap of Allegation RV-84-A-0048 is considered complete.

Based upon that telephone conversation it was our understanding that you would provide any additional infonation to us or to the FBI directly.
