We have now been notified that this material will not be submitted until March 31,1979.

workload and the availability of USGS specialists, I am concarned L

that this delay on the part of the Applicant might jeopardize the timely completion of your review.

I wou3d appreciate your review-t ing this matter to detemine if you are still able to complete the review within eight weeks of receipt of the information.

If a change is necessary, please advis.e me so that we can plan accordingly.
