which is provided in Enclosure 2.

Revision 21 to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Conunission (NRC) approved (August 1983)

" Safeguards Contingency Plan, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1,2, and 3," which is provided in Enclosure 3.

Revision 20 to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved (August 1979)

" Security Force Training and Qualification Plan, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1,2, and 3, " which is provided in Enclosure 4. Enclosure 4 is submitted to implement enclosures 2 and 3.

Enclosure 1 provides the Screening Criteria Forms (Assessment of Acceptability of 10 CFR I 50.54(p) Plan Changes).
