Attached is a Report of Inquiry on the captioned subject. Attempts to contact the alleger, bout alleged drug usage at SONGS 2 in 1982 were unsuccessful. By separate cover, this information is being given to the FBI, San Diego, California, for whatever action the Bureau deems necessary. No further work will be done by OI:RV. This matter is closed.
