The purpose of this letter is to forward Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) implemen-tation documents. Enclosed you will find Data Point Library (DPL) updates for Kewaunee (Number 271), San Onofre (Number 272), and Clinton (Number 273). Also enclosed you will find a Plant Attribute Library (PAL) update for Grand Gulf (Number 274). These changes should be made to the ERDS database as soon as possible.
