Enclosed please find a copy of a Memorandum and Order (Concerning Whether Further Proceedings on the Adequacy of Offsite Planning for Medical Services Should Be Conducted) that was issued by the Atomic Safety ar.d Licensing Board in this proceeding on August 6, 1982. The Memorandum and Order directs responses to certain questions being filed with the Board by September 3,1982.
Questions 1-4 on pp. 5_6 require a FEMA response as does question 3 of the second set of questions on pp. 6-7 of the Memorandum end Order. Please provide your responses by August 27, 1982 so that we may finalize the Staff's filing for submission to the Board. Larry Chandler of my staff will assist you as required.
