Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) and furnished the following information to Reactor Inspector Anthony D'ANGELO: '

The anonymous calier stated that employees of Southwest Nuclear, a former contractor on site, often supplied drugs to the site personnel. (Southwest Nuclear Company is headquartered at 7066-H Commerce Circle Pleasanton, California,(415)462-3750.)

D'ANGELO asked the anonymous caller to call hack Region V in 30 days if he  !

had more information. In addition, D'ANGELO asked the caller if he would i aho call Dan SCHONE in SCE's QA department.

l A group of people in the Hadwaste group were consuming alcohol inside the protected area or were arriving at work intoxicated. These people include:
