i On August 20,1984, at 1530 hours0.0177 days <br />0.425 hours <br />0.00253 weeks <br />5.82165e-4 months <br />, an anonymous male telephonically contacted the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Connission Resident Inspector's office at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) and furnished the following information to Reactor Inspector Anthony D'ANGELO:

The anonymous calier stated that employees of Southwest Nuclear, a former

contractor on site, often supplied drugs to the site personnel.

l A group of people in the Hadwaste group were consuming alcohol inside the protected area or were arriving at work intoxicated. These people include:
