- V0GTLE FACILITY - DOCKET NO. 50-424 i This refers to the management meeting conducted at your request in the NRC Region II Office on March 4, 1986. This meeting was held to brief the NRC on the Vogtle Readiness Review Modules 'ntitled' Module No.17, " Raceways"; Module No. 138, " Coatings"; Appendix C, " Procurement"; and Appendix F, " Inspector Qualification / Certification".

It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has provided a compre--

hensive overview of the Vogtle Readiness Review Program and, specifically, the modules and appendices presented. These in-depth presentations will better enable the NRC te conduct its evaluations of these submittals.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.

Should you have any questions concerning these matters, we will be pleased to discuss them.
