Dear Mr. Beasley:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. J. Bailey of your staff and myself on November 20,1998, concerning an informational meeting which has been scheduled for Dscember 9,1998, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., EST. The meeting will be held at the NRC Rogion ll Office, located in the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center,61 Forsyth Street, SW, Atlanta, GA. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues related to seismic retainer clips used on safety-related elecuical circuit breakers at the Vogtle Nuclear Station. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (Septsmber 20,1994; 59 FR 48340).
