' This letter confirms the arrangements made between Mr. J. Bailey of your staff and Mr. B. Holbrook of this office, concerning an Information Meeting, which has been scheduled for February 10,1999, from 8:45a.m. (CST) until 3:00p.m. (CST). The meeting will be held at the Southern Nuclear Operating Company's headquarters,40 Inverness Parkway, Birmingham Alabama. The purpose l
of the meeting, scheduled at the request of Southern Nuclear Operating Company,is to discuss licensee performance, new initiatives, and other regulatory issues pertaining to the Farley, Hatch, and Vogtle facilities. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public; l
