On May 24, 1989, Mr. Charles A. Patrizia and Mr. Bruce D. Ryan, counsel re-resenting the O p(copy attached) glethorpe to the Power NRC staff Corporation pursuant (0gletheorpe),

to acts and submitted practices of the Georgia comments Power Company that are allegedly not in compliance with the Plant Vogtle anti-trust license conditions.

In order to fully evaluate the issues raised by Oglethorpe, the staff would appreciate a written response to these allegations by Georgia Power Company within 30 days of the date of this letter. Should you have any questions con-cerning this request, contact William it. Lambe at 301-492-1277.
