Dear Mr. Hairston:
On May 24, 1989, Mr. Charles A. Patrizia and Mr. Bruce D. Ryan, counsel re-p(copy attached) glethorpe Power Corporation (0gletheorpe), submitted comments resenting the O to the NRC staff pursuant to acts and practices of the Georgia Power Company that are allegedly not in compliance with the Plant Vogtle anti-trust license conditions.
In order to fully evaluate the issues raised by Oglethorpe, the staff would appreciate a written response to these allegations by Georgia Power Company within 30 days of the date of this letter. Should you have any questions con-cerning this request, contact William it. Lambe at 301-492-1277.
