NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-424/99-05 AND
50-425/99-05
Dear Mr. Beasley:
This refers to the inspection conducteri June 20,1999, through July 24,1999, at the Vogtle
Units 1 and 2 reactor facilities. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
During the inspection period, your conduct of activities at the Vogtle facility was generally
characterized by safety-conscious operations, sound engineerirag and maintenance practices,
and appropriate radiological work controls.
In acccrdance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this istter and its
enclosures, will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
