This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (HRC) inspection conducted by

B. R. Bonser, R. F. Aiello, R. D. Starkey, and L. Trocine on June 301-

August 24, 1990. The-inspection included a review of activities authorized

for your Vogtle facility. . At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings

were discussed .sith those members of your staff identified ,in the enclosed
