Trocine of my staff on July 19, 1989, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the NRC Region II Office on August 4,1989. This meeting 'was requested by our June 21, 1989, letter (NRC Inspection Report Nos. 50-424/89-17 and 50-425/89-19) in order to discuss your proposed actions to identify and correct the root cause for recurring violations of security requirements.
