CONFIRMATION OF MEETING - V0GTLE UNITS 1 AND 2 This confirms a telephone conservation between Mr. J. A. Bailey of your staff and Ms. L. Trocine of my staff on July 19, 1989, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the NRC Region II Office on August 4,1989.
This meeting 'was requested by our June 21, 1989, letter (NRC Inspection Report Nos. 50-424/89-17 and 50-425/89-19) in order to discuss your proposed actions to identify and correct the root cause for recurring violations of security requirements.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
