Dear Mr. Beasley:

This letter confirms the telephone conservation between Mr. Jim Bailey of your staff and myself concerning a management meeting which has been scheduled for May 28,1999, beginning at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Administrative Building Auditorium at the Vogtle facility. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the results of the periodic Plant Performance Review for your Vogtle nuclear facility for the period of February 1997 to January 1999. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement (September 20,1994; 59 FR 48340).
