SUMMARY
OF OPERATIONS - SEPTEMBER 1978
! Ir.dian Point Unit 3 was synchronized to the bus for a total of 636.48 hours5.555556e-4 days <br />0.0133 hours <br />7.936508e-5 weeks <br />1.8264e-5 months <br /> producing a gross generation of 595,220 Mwe for this re-po: *.iag pe,riod.
For the first.four (4) , days of the period balancing moves were performoi on the main turbine. Upon completion of this task, the unit was brought up to full power.
Unit 3 tripped from 100% power at 1322 on September '20,1978, due to a loose link on a Rx coolant flow transmitter. The connection was repaired and the unit was returned to service at 2055 of the same day.
