SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE NOVEMBER 1985 Indian Point Unit 3 was sychronized to the bus for a total of 695.49 hours5.671296e-4 days <br />0.0136 hours <br />8.101852e-5 weeks <br />1.86445e-5 months <br /> producing a grass generation of 679,630 MWe for this reporting period.

On November 29th at'0817 hours0.00946 days <br />0.227 hours <br />0.00135 weeks <br />3.108685e-4 months <br /> a maintenance worker who was working above the MBFP turbine inadvertently stepped on the turbine manual trip lever. This caused the MBFP to trip which initiated a unit trip on lo level in #34 Steam Generator.

On November 30th at 0318 hours0.00368 days <br />0.0883 hours <br />5.257936e-4 weeks <br />1.20999e-4 months <br /> during a plant startup the Control Room Operator was unable to maintain proper Steam Generator level resulting in a hi-hi level condition in #32 Steam Generator.
