NRC staff has reviewed this submittal and determined the Quad Cities PCP, l Revision 3, complies with the current staff guidelines; and therefore, is acceptable for use on an interim basis in conjunction with Quad Cities j Technical Specifications 3.8.E and 0.9. Our findings and conclusions are  !
