REVIEW OF REVISION 8Q TO PORTIONS OF THE QUAD CITIES NUCLEAR POWER STATION GENERATING STATIONS EMERGENCY PLAN SITE ANNEX
Dear Mr. Kingsley:
In October 1998, Region lll received Revision 8Q to portions of the Outd Cities Nuclear Power l
Station Generating Stations Emergency Plan Site Annex. This revision was submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(q).
Based on your determinations that the changes in Revision 80 do not decrease the effectiveness of your Emergency Plan, and that the Plan continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E to Part 50, NRC approvalis not required. Our initial review of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effecticeness of your Emergency Plan.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
