A routine sample of the turbine sump oil separator tank (T-41) on May 16, f 1988 was analyzed and reported on May 19, 1988 to be 24.0 mg/4.

No cause for the excursion could be determined.

5. If not immediately corrected, the anticipated time the condition is expected to continue:

6. Corrective Action - The following corrective action was taken or will be taken to reduce, eliminate and prevent recurrence:

The quarterly routine cleaning.of the M-18 oil separator occurred between the sample and analysis time. No further action was deemed necessary at l this time. .

Daily visual observations of the mixing basin and Lake Michigan showed no oil present.
