Following the exceedance of the daily maximum oil and grease limit on March 3, 1986 for the turbine sump oil separator discharge (as previously reported) additional readings were made to assess system perfor-mance. Several of the additional readings also exceeded the daily maximum limit, but through an oversight were not reported.
To correct this situation, please replace the previous NPDES Notification Report PAL-86-03-NC118, dated March 11, 1986, with the attached, corrected report.
