Neutralizer Tank Waste Outfall No: 800213 (Outfall 00F)

Date of Incident: January 1981.

Identification of specific effluent limitation or monitoring requirement affected: Total suspended solids daily average limitation of 30 mg/1.

Description of Incident: The following results for total suspended solids.were obtained during January 1981:

Average = 44.33 4.
Apparent Cause: The two relatively high values at the beginning of the mcinth appeared to be representative of an isolated occurrence, the cause of whit h was not apparent.
