Bordlne Manager Licensing 1996 ANNUAL NON-RADIOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATING REPORT Attached is the Palisades Plant Annual Non-Radiological Environmental Operating Report for 1996. This report was prepared in accordance with Section 5.4.1 of Appendix B, "Environmental Protection Plan (Non-Radiological)," of the Palisades Plant Facility Operating License, DPR-20. The attached report describes the implementation of the Environmental Protection Plan during the previous year. The period covered by the enclosed report is January 1, 1996, through December 31, 1996.
