In accordance with your application dated May 31, 1988, and revision dated June 29, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1168 is hereby amended to authorize modification of your radiation protection program during the shutdown of the fuel fabrication activities (except that fuel assemblies may be shipped to customer sites or received at the CNFP) from either July 9 or August 9 through September 9,1988, inclusive. Accordingly, the dates of May 31 and June 29, 1988, are added to Item 9 of your license.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report.
