WET WEATHER STREAM RELEASE (TAC NO. L30746) i
Dear Mr. Allsep:
This refers to your letter dated September 8,1998, which was submitted in response to our request for additional information dated July 8,1998, on the final radiological survey of the Wet Weather Stream at your facility. The staff has completed review of your submittal and has determined that you have adenstely addressed the staff's concerns, including identification of the areas where additional surveys, remediation, and/or data analysis is required to demonstrate that the Wet Weather Stream is suitable for release from your license, in your submittal, you indicated that you are currently developing the final work plan to address this survey /remediation work, which will then be submitted for NRC review and approval.
1 Please submit this work plan within 60 days of the date of this letter.
