A follow-up inspection to review your response to our Notice of Violation and Proposed l Imposition of Civil Penalty dated March 4,1997, was conducted by the Nuclear Regulatory {
. Commission on March 25- 27,1997. The enclosed report presents the results of that 1 inspection.
The inspection team found that the t.orrective actions already taken and implemented by your staff were adequate, and no add:tional violations were identified. Two previous i' violations were closed, while three violations remain open pending the completion of tasks, as identified in your response to the NRC. As was discussed at the exit meeting, the commitment dates you have set for completing the tasks to close the remaining three .
violations are adequate and will not have an adverse impact on the restart of the downloading operation. !
Under the provisions of Section 2.790(d), reports containing information related to a licensee's MC&A program are exempt from public disclosure. Accordingly, the enclosure will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
