Dear Mr. Matheson:
This letter confirms the discussions between Ms. Gayle Elliott of your staff and Mr. William Tobin of my staff on October 29. 1997, concerning a management meeting we requested, which has been scheduled for December 19, 1997, at 9:00 a.m. at the Lynchburg Manufacturing Facility in Lynchburg. Virginia.
The
)urpose of this meeting is to discuss the results of the Licensee Performance Review for your facility.
This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public:
Final Policy Statement" (September 20. 1994: 59 FR 48340).
