Wet Weather Stream Release; Docket 70-1201; License SNM-1168
Dear Mr. Felsher,
i in accord with your request dated 12/14/98, I ofter the following information regarding the planned efforts for release of the Wet Weather Stream.
Surveillance of the stream will resume 5/24/99. Present plans call for required excavation to begin approximately one week later. The plan estimates completion of excavation and surveillance within four weeks of the start date. However, it is the present intention of Framatome Cogema Fuels to bring this issue to closure, regardless of time requirements.
