Dear Mr. Watters:

This is in response to your February 10, 1988 letter which transmitted revised pages to the B&W Fuel Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan.

We have reviewed the revised pages and find them acceptable in that the revisions will not adversely affect the common defense and security nor the public health and safety and are otherwise in the public interest. Accord-ingly, we are revising existing License Condition 1.1 to Amendment SG-1 to 7 your License No. SNM-1168, effective imediately, to read as follows:

1.1 The licensee shall follow Chapters 1.0 through 8.0 of its Fundamental Nuclear Material. Control Plan submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 74.31(b),

titled "Babcock and Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant, Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan" dated August 14, 1987 as revised by pages; 1-1, 1-4, 1-5, 2-6 and 3-2 through 3-8 all dated February 10, 1988.
