Notice of Violation; the data was reviewed and is considered te be inconclusive since the exposure period is greater than seven days and it is inappropriate to

1 average over the entire exposure period. However, please be advised that it is the licensee's responsibility to make the inspector aware of information which they believe may impact the outcome of an apparent violation during the inspection, if available.

We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
