In accordance with your amendment application dated June 8,1987, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1168 is hereby amen: led to authorize the possession of plutonium and byproduct material for the Failed Fucl Rod Detection System. Conditions 6.K, 7.K, and 8.K are added to authorize the possession of byproduct material and Conditions 6.L. 7.L. and 8.L are added to authorize the possession and use of plutonium. These conditions shall read as follows:

6.K.

Byproduct 7.K.

Contamination or 8.K.

0.5 curies material waste associated with the Failed Fuel Rod Detection System 6.L.

Plutonium 7.L.

Contamination or 8.L.

0.5 curies, waste associated including material with the Failed in 8.K. above Fuel Rod Detection System All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
