This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by

. R. R. Marston on April 12-14~ and May 4-5, 1989. The inspection included a m' review of activities authorized .for your Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant. At the E .

- your staff identified in the enclosed inspection report.
