1)
The down blended uranium referenced in the letter shall only be used for loading Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) fuel assemblies.
2)
FCF has established, and will continue, communication with the TVA to ensure they obtrin all necessary NRC approvals prior to shipping this material to TVA reactor sites.
