Dear Mr. Weber:
Attached is Revision 2 of the SNM Physical Inventory Report for the Framatome Cogema Fuels' Lynchburg Manufacturing Facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. The physical inventory was conducted April 21, 1998.- The Material Balance Period represented by this inventory is from April 15,1997 to April 21,1998. Changes in the SNM Physical Inventory Report are indicated by a side-bar in the right margin.
Due to the information contained in the attachment to this letter, we request that the information therein be withheld from public disclosure as provided in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
