REVISION OF FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN (TAC NO. L30993)
Dear Ms. Elliott:
This refers to your application dated July 31. 1997. requesting a complete revision to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan under 10 CFR 70.32(c). We have determined that certain changes in your revised plan would decrease the effectiveness of your program.
Accordingly, you should re-submit your new FNMC plan in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.34.
Our review of yo v revised FNMC Plan and our discussion with you during your drop-by visit at the NRC Headquarters on September 16. 1997. have identified additional information that,s needed before we can approve your new FNMC plan.
The additional inforriation, specified in the enclosure, should be provided as part of your revised plan within 30 days of the date of this letter.
Plcase refer to the above TAC No in future correspondence related to this request.
The enclowre contains proprietary informaticn.
Under the provisions of 10 CFP. 2.790(d). reports containing information related to an applicant's material control and accounting program are exempt from public disclosure.
Accordingly, the enclosure will not be placed in our public document room.
